Good place to take the kids on a hot summer day. Mix-ins were fresh and the ice cream was delicious. The singing staff was a cute touch, but maybe singing more that about getting a tip would be better. I took my son and we both planned on getting ice cream, but he went first and got large scoop. It was huge, enough for both of us. We will be back!

High school hangout mostly but it's still in a good location across from the T-Rex Restaurant for some after-meal treats. Some nights are packed by teenie-boppers but if you can look past that.. it's really good.

This Coldstone only get a three star cause I personally have a soft spot for their Cake Batter ice cream. It honestly deserves only two. This location is always dirty partly because of the tween crowd that flows in here after their movie. This makes this place crowded and awkward to find seating yet only having a handful of customers in here. The staff is ok if you get lucky, most of the employees seem as if you've just ruined their day for giving them your business. If you go here your better off taking your ice cream and heading outside for a walk around Legends, weather permitting.

Peanut butter coffee was terrible. The manager saw my frustration and offered me a replacement. 5 star for customer service.

It was a sweltering day - think Hell in Summer and you're wearing one of those ridiculous puffy jackets and Uggs - and I was stuck schlepping the kids to a Fashionista's version of purgatory (an outlet mall). Give a sister a break! I needed something to boost my sagging spirit, and since Legends Outlet Mall is cruel enough not to have a swanky, air conditioned Martini bar, I opted for ice cream. (Call me a snob, but I'd have preferred Tuscan cherry gelato but Italy was 3000 miles to the east). I spent 30 minutes standing in line behind a sweaty, hairy, obese man with an alarming amount of ass-crack showing out of the top of his Champion basketball shorts. Do I need to describe his foul odiferous emanations or can you imagine it? What really galled me though, after the long wait and plumber porn, I had to wait to pay while employees ass-grabbed and high-fived each other (Seriously? You scooped a ball of frozen cream onto a cone - you didn't throw the winning touchdown at the Superbowl). They even tallied up their tips in front of customers. The insult to the injury? The ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Next time, the kids can cruise the mall while Momma finds a martini bar.

Ok, normally I am not one to write a review soley on one bad experience but even 2 days after my trip to Cold Stone I am still irritated with my experience. I went there on on Monday (MLK day) afternoon. When my girlfriend and I walked in there was a line of about 10 people. We questioned as to whether or not to stay, but decided that the line would most likely move quickly (seeing 3 people behind the counter). That was not the case. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing and I could not figure out any logical system they had behind the counter. The employees were just joking around when they had a line of obviously irritated customers. One guy seemed committed soley to preparing some large to-go order for [obivously] a friend (who coincidentally didn't even pay). Once they finally gave us our ice cream (about 20 minutes after we walked in) I just stood there at the cash register waiting to pay for about 8 minutes (which says something about how long it was taking for them just to make one person's order). I ended up eating half my ice cream standing there. i thought about just leaving w/o paying (since no one would have even noticed) but I am too good of a person to do that. Finally an employee came over and just stared at me. I finally said "umm..I still need to pay for my ice cream." So he rang me up, swiped my card, and then just walked away. So I assumed my transaction was done and finally went to go sit with my girlfriend. 2 minutes later that same employee yells across the room "Ma'am, you didn't sign your credit card slip!" Really?? When he left the register after swiping my card I assumed my responsibilities were done (since at a lot of places you don't need to sign). Once I got back up there it took him about 1 minute to find a pen. This location gets 1 star just because I do enjoy their ice cream. I realize that this was a Monday afternoon in the winter so the employees were probably not their "A team" but they seemed to lack any idea of what they were doing. Also, this location is really small with only I think 3 or 4 tables. And if there is any line of people they are standing right next to your table. We ended up eating our ice cream with some 5 yr old two feet away staring at us.

It makes me sad to review an ice cream shop as badly as I had to rate this one, but you gotta do what you gotta do. They have great tasting ice cream, but it is a dirty shop. The staff is not friendly and they really don't care about you or your order. In fact my husband had his order taken wrong and they didn't even seem to care. I just really don't care for this place unless I am craving something sweet and everywhere else is packed.
